How do I get to The Goods Shed? You can access The Goods Shed main entrance off Victoria Street. The best parking for this venue is either the parking zones off Mylne Street, or the off-street parking accessible by Ann Street. Both areas are close to The Goods Shed. Are there cloakroom facilities?
No. Cloakroom facilities are not available onsite.

I purchased a ticket online but lost/did not receive the email – what do I do?
First, check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us at mick@distilledaustralia.com.au

Can children attend?
No. This is an 18+ only event.

What does my ticket include?

  • 3 hour tasting session

How long are the tasting sessions?
Each session runs for 3 hours.

Are non-alcoholic drinks available?
Yes. Free water stations are provided.

Can I purchase bottles?
Yes. Bottles can be purchased to take home. They must remain sealed during the event. Each producer handles their own sales - card is preferred, but some may accept cash.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available near the venue. Please plan your travel responsibly

Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. You may give your ticket to someone else without changing the name. They will need to check in with the ticket at entry.

Can I cancel my ticket?
Tickets cannot be cancelled, but you can:

  • Transfer to another person

  • Transfer to another session (if available)

  • Transfer to another regional stop on the tour (if applicable)

What if I lose my ticket?
Don’t worry. Just give your surname at the door and our team will find your booking.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Possibly, if the session is not sold out. We recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to avoid disappointment. You can use Cash if you have the correct amount.

How many drinks can I sample?
Samples are unlimited, but we encourage you to pace yourself. Distillers pour small tasting measures, and spittoons are available if you wish to sample without consuming. Mixers may also be available.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All venues are wheelchair accessible.

Is there a dress code?
Smart casual. Please no open footwear, singlets, or soiled clothing. Arrive on time to enjoy the full session.

What should I expect at Distilled Australia?
The event runs exhibition-style. Each brand has its own stand where distillers present and pour samples. You can explore at your own pace, chat with makers, taste their craft spirits, and enjoy live music between tastings.
