Distilled™ Visitor Terms &Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Distilled™: The Australian Craft Spirits RoadShow (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions set out by the Organiser.

1. Ticketing & Entry

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) at the door along with valid photo ID.

• This is an 18+ event. No minors will be admitted under any circumstances.

• No pass-outs. Re-entry is at the discretion of event staff.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol

• Alcohol tastings will only be provided to patrons aged 18 and over with valid ID.

• Exhibitors and bar staff operate under Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and may refuse service to any person deemed intoxicated, aggressive, or underage.

• Free tastings are provided in small quantities. Responsible enjoyment is expected.

• Bottles may be available for take-home purchase only. No BYO consumption on site.

3. Event Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

• The organiser reserves the right to alter event details (venue, date, lineup) due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

• No compensation will be offered for personal arrangements (e.g. travel, accommodation) lost due to event changes or cancellation.

4. Health, Safety & Conduct

• All attendees must follow directions from staff, security, and signage.

• Distilled™ promotes a safe and respectful environment. Aggressive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Media

• By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for future promotional purposes across social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Personal photography is welcome, but professional equipment or filming requires prior written approval.

6. Liability & Risk

• All tastings and participation are at your own risk. The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event, except where required by law.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.

7. Privacy

• Your personal data (e.g. name, email) may be used to contact you about event details and future Distilled™ events. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Conditions of Entry

• Bags may be checked by security. No illegal substances, weapons, or outside food or drinks allowed.

• The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove patrons at its discretion for any breach of these terms.

9. Acceptance of Terms
